ION first ever Global Induction initiative in India was curated by EMG Showmakerz Pvt. Ltd. The Event was conceptualized by ION and by the leading event management company in Delhi, Showmakerz.

And this went successfully for 12 days at the Leela convention hotel New Delhi, from the 23rd of July to 3rd of August

Around hundred rooms were booked for twelve days for 200 guests, which included new recruited employees and the influencers within the company from across the globe.

Showmakerz showed their strength once again as the best event management company by delivering amazing sets, décor, ambiance branding and technical support, which was all planned in short span of time.

Starting from day one Showmakerz had their hands on surprising ION with a lot of customized corporate branded giveaways. They were given branded merchandise which included imprinted pens, branded umbrellas, customized notepads, specially designed stationary box etc. With numbers of other fancy props for gala dinner like Hawaiian hats, pompoms, Stress reliever smiley ball etc.

Theme for gala dinner was Bollywood Night, Showmakerz converted the entire ambiance by replacing all seats in ballroom with bean bags and placed popcorns kiosk with other finger foods stalls.

Event concluded on the twelth day with final presentation and distribution of Trophies to outstanding presenters.
